Payment Information

Our website provides checkout options with PayPal and credit cards. Your credit card information is safe, as we do not store any payment information in our system.


Order changes

We are not able to make any changes to an order once it is placed. We are not able to add, remove items, or exchange items within an order. We are also not able to cancel orders. Should you need to make a return, all of our return information is listed below.


Shipping & Handling

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days (MONDAY – FRIDAY 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST) unless otherwise noted. Please note this processing time is in addition to shipping transit times. Orders placed during peak sales days (including release days and Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend) may be subject to additional processing time, as we are processing a large amount of orders during these times. Choosing expedited shipping (USPS 1-3 Priority) at check-out does not place your order to the front of the shipping queue since we process all orders in the order they are received, but it does provide you the quickest shipping method possible after processing. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.


International Orders

International orders require extended shipping time, 2-4 weeks or longer, in some cases. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Please note Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. 

Returns & Exchanges

In the event something went wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ so that we can make it right! We accept returns and will issue a full refund (less shipping costs) on any unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.  All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a product is deemed defective.


Discount codes & sales

We do occasionally offer discount codes, so be sure to join our email newsletter list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to receive updates on any current promotions. Any sales or discount codes offered are for in-stock products only. No raincheck will be offered.


Sweet Incentive Program

Our Sweet Incentive promotions begin on release dates and continue WHILE SUPPLIES LAST! The FREE sweet incentive promotional item will not be applied to any orders placed prior to or after the end of said promotion time. It is not necessary to add the Sweet Incentive promotional item to your cart or enter a coupon code, it will be automatically included on all qualifying orders!
