Good morning everyone! Stephanie again with you today here at SugarPea Designs 🙂 After yesterday’s fun-filled post with not one, but FIVE videos featuring the latest release, I thought we’d keep things cool with a colorful layered card. With this past week-end sale on paper pads (didn’t see it? make sure to follow our Facebook page for all promotions and giveaways!), I really wanted to play with the Whatever The Weather Patterned Paper Collection. Isn’t it super cheery and colorful? Plus, I love how you can easily match… Read more »

Hello and welcome!  Amy K. here with a graphic snowflake card using the Flurry of Warm Wishes stamp set.  This set has some of the most beautiful snowflakes!     Since I already had my Distress Oxide inks out from another project, I wanted to try some ink blending over a “stencil”.  To create my stencils, I used some inexpensive cardstock and die cut circles out of them.  These became my stencils to begin ink blending Worn Lipstick, Candied Apple, Broken China, Wilted… Read more »

Hi SugarPea friends! It’s Amy here today, and I have a clean and simple, one layer card to share with you today using new stamps from the Holiday Release.  I started by stamping the two smaller pine branches from Pinecone Greetings on center and left and then stamped the left hand branch again on the right side. I then stamped a sentiment from Flurry of Warm Wishes below the pine trio. To add a just a bit of color, I flicked gold watercolor paint here and there…. Read more »

Hi there! Kelly with you today and I am so excited to be here for the first time sharing a fun Autumn card! I am head-over-heels IN LOVE with the Lantern Die and it was the inspirational jumping point for my card today! I grew up camping and thought I could make a fun design using the perspective of being inside of a tent, peering out and spying this adorable little raccoon! He is just one of the many adorable images included… Read more »

Hello stamping friends! Kerin here with you today and I’m sharing a card I made with *almost* no stamping. One of my favorite items from the last release was the Spots & Stripes (Brights) paper pad! For this card I simply cut strips 3/4″ wide and glued them all onto a piece of white cardstock, then used the Birthday Journal Card SugarCut and cut the scalloped edge frame out of it. Next I used the You SugarCut…I actually cut… Read more »

Hey there SugarPea Fans! It’s Amy Tsuruta here with a fun Fall themed card.  It’s definitely my favorite season, how about you? I started off with a panel from the Spots & Stripes Brights Patterned Paper Collection.   I used a SugarCuts – Zig Zag Stitched Circle to stamp the sentiment from the Indian Summer stamp set. The Fall Harvest shapes are from the SugarCut – Stitched Autumn Icons.  These are great little shapes filled with lovely details. Happy Friday Eve!  Hope you’ve been having a… Read more »

Hi SugarPeeps! Kerin here with you, and today I’m sharing a card I made combining some new sets with an older set to create a fun birthday card! This sweet little raccoon is from the Indian Summer set (along with the matching SugarCut die set), but instead of a fall themed card I wanted a birthday theme, so I fussy cut the balloon from the Chunky Monkey set to make my raccoon a little more festive! Plus, I added the… Read more »

Hi SugarPea Fans! Amy K. here with a card that is not “fall” related.  Even though I am preparing my fall decor here and the leaves are starting to turn, I am not ready!  My card definitely screams sunshine!! I adore the new SugarCut Arrow Cover Plate.  It cuts AND embosses!  I created a panel out of white cardstock because I wanted to showcase some of the new Spots & Stripes Brights Pattern Paper Collection.   I trimmed off strips of each color… Read more »
