My goodness!! Where do I start?!? There is just so much that I love about today’s introductions. I come from a family of campers, well, actually we’re “Glampers”! LOL Each year my little family, my sisters family, along with my parents get together for a long weekend at Disney’s Fort Wilderness and do a little tent camping. It’s one of the highlights of our year.
I am head over heels in love with our new, Happy Camper patterned paper. The designs are just gorgeous. To create my card I started with a card base layered with the night sky scene patterned paper (my favorite). The glow and twinkle around these stars is just amazing! Next, I cut and layered two of the SugarCut – TreeScape in green cardstock.
I created a sweet campfire scene with a few of the images from Easily A’Moose’d – that were colored with Copics and cut out with the coordinating SugarCut dies. To finish things off, I heat embossed the sentiment in white and popped up with images with foam tape for dimension.

The greatest place for me (when I was a lot younger) was the adventure playground just around from where we lived. Such fun nd great memories. Today my life is not quite as adventurous and I love going for walks along the beach which is a stones throw from our home. Will be going there today after lunch and will be thinking of my new soon to be little friend ‘piggy angel’ lol.

I am not much of an outdoor person – I have to avoid the sun due to lots of medications making me extra photosensitive combined with a history of melanoma and every biting insect in the world apparently finds me delicious and every pollen except willow trigger my allergies and I am allergic to bees (yes, I am a medical mess! LOL!) But my favorite outdoor adventure was with my husband when we were first engaged at Destin Florida – I LOVE the ocean and shore! I had never seen one that close before. He was HUGE! We couldn’t go anywhere so we sat an stared at each other for about 30 minutes before he wandered off. So cool! The other one was when we took our granddaughter to Yellowstone. She wanted to see a moose in the worse way. I knew they were there but in all the times we had gone, we had seen very very few moose. We no more than hit the park when a mom and her baby were slowly walking along a stream. It was the highlight of her trip

They are grown and now have families of their own. We are MUCH older now and live in Texas, where it is beyond hot! I think that our camping days are over. I prefer the luxury of a hot bath and a soft bed in a hotel! Hahaha!

We started camping there when our boys were in grade school and still go back every other September, but we’ve graduated to B&Bs now! I grew up not too far from there and enjoyed many family outings where we hiked up and down the Cattaraugus Creek. The streams were alive with fish and snakes and the forest had many hidden surprises like high waterfalls deep in the heart. We would hike, swim, explore and picnic in this beautiful area. There are even a few bear caves if you know what to look for.

Lake Barcis is absolutely charming little town that sits nestled in mountains and is surrounding a beautiful turquoise blue lake. There is parks for the kids, hiking trails and swimming spots.
The Great Smokey Mountains are a site to see in the fall. The trees are stunning to see when they change color. The best place to look out at all the scenery is at a little restaurant called the Pisgah Inn. You can enjoy delicious food while enjoying a gorgeous view.

June 14, 2017 at 9:28 pmOh my goodness that moose stamp set!!! The little moose are just too adorable! I know they are moose but they’d could also be used also as reindeer for Christmas cards! Love it!!! To answer the question I love to be anywhere outdoors even just out in my own yard so I can watch all the beautiful nature animals. I especially like the beach when I see dolphins!

My favourite space for all things outdoors is Prince Albert Provincial Park in northern Saskatchewan, Canada – specifically Waskesui. Absolutely beautiful for camping, swimming,all kinds of water sports, and hiking through the Boreal forest. Just to name a few things. The vastness of its natural beauty is inspirational, I always feel a deep sense of peace when I’ve visited there.

I can’t get over the sheer cuteness of the moose and how whimsical it is with the camping and camp fire 🙂 Darling! I’ve always loved the outdoors and grew up with the woods as my playground, but it wasnt’ until my son became a boy scout that I truly learned to be one with it. From the smell of pine and being careful of the animals’ homes, it’s just bliss 🙂 Thank you for the chance to win.

So I moved from Milwaukee to Northern Wisconsin when I was 12 I’m now 51 and I love it here. So I pretty much in a beautiful area so it’s just like living in my favorite camping place.
