There are not enough lovely adjectives to describe just how much I love my MISTI. I am the proud owner of THREE!!  I. CANNOT. STAMP. WITHOUT. IT.

SugarPea-Designs-MISTI-Teacher-Card-by-Wendy-Ramlakhan

Using the MISTI tool, I was easily able to create a background panel for my card by repeatedly stamping the same pencil image from the Class Act stamp set.  I then cut it using the Notebook Journal Card and adhered it to a kraft cardstock base.  Black cardstock was used to cut the Teacher word die and the SchoolScape to create a silhouette along the bottom of my card base.

Lastly, I added a stamped sentiment from the Sweet Sentiments – Teacher stamp set.  When I’m created cards, I always stamp my sentiments last. And I don’t know about you, but stamping the sentiment can make me break out into a cold sweat.  I worry that I will stamp it crooked, or that I won’t get a good impression and basically wreak my entire card.  We’ve all been there, right?!?  {Insert Happy Sigh} – I’m so happy that I don’t have that problem anymore.  With the MISTI, I know that it will turn out perfectly every time!!

Take a look at this beautiful card that Becky Pearce created using her MISTI.

Hi Becky, I’m not sure why but, the links in the blog take me to things that say “this page no longer available” type of errors. What am I doing wrong?

You teamed up with a wonderful partner.
The misti has made stamping so much
easier and safer (don’t have to worry about
missing pieces of a stamp and trying to
figure out how to line up the stamp
    to get those missed pieces).
    thanks for a fun hop.

Wendy, yours and Becky’s cards are just adorable. I can identify with you one the sentiment thing before the MISTI! I would shake before stamping a sentiment and you know how well that would work! I never got a verse straight and IF I did, I managed to double stamp it and it looked blurry and unreadable! Egads!
Anyway, this was an awesome hop and I learned a LOT. Very inspired. TFS!
