As soon as sat down to play with this set I knew that I wanted it to be funky, fresh and fun!  What’s more funky, fresh and fun than a pink pineapple shaker card?!?!  Nothing!  I started by creating my card front with the largest sized SugarCuts – Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle and then cut a circular window using a Zig Zag Stitched Circle.  I’ve been hesitant in the past to create shaker card because it’s so time-consuming cutting strips of foam tape around the window opening. But, using the new SugarPuff foam to create the shaker portion of this card was SO easy!  Seriously…1 minute.  I sprinkled a little of the Crystal Shaker Selection inside and adhered the card base.

I stamped the pineapple twice and die cut them both with the coordinating SugarCut die,  glued them together leaving the tops exposed.  I bent forward the top layer of the crown to create depth.  And, I think you know by now that I am obsessed with SugarPuff, so I add some underneath the pineapple one of the SugarCut – Stitched Flags for dimension.

**I wanted to mention that I’m super honored to be the Clean and Layered guest designer today over at the Card Concept.  I hope you will take a moment during todays hop to pay them a visit. My project was inspired by the bright and fresh colors you see here.

I’m waiting for Paradise…but the place I find the most rest is walking the beach. I love to feel the warm breeze on my skin and the cold water on my feet.

I definitely found my paradise on my first trip to Hawaii with my husband. It was our 25th anniversary and a gift from our oldest son. It was also our first real vacation without our kids.

Pineapples…sigh! Love them! Paradise #1: time with my family, especially my mom, niece, nephew and husband. Paradise #2: the hike to the teahouses at Lake Louise in Banff National Park. I absolutely LOVE that excursion, as the views are nothing shy of spectacular, especially the Seven Glaciers. Excited for the trails to open in the next few weeks. Thank you for the give away opportunity!

Love this cute pineapple and all the card inspirations. You know that in the South, the pineapple is a symbol of hospitality! I love any time that I can spend with my sweet 28 year old horse (whom I’ve owned for 26 years!).

Such a great stamp set! Love all the ladies cards, so beautiful and unique. I love to eat and decorate with them ,lol. My paradise, is when my husband and son are off from work and school at the same time, I truly treasure it. My husband works hard, long hours and my son just turned 13, so I know the time he actually wants to spend with us is fleeting ever so fast, lol. Thanks for the chance to win.

Fabulous cards featuring this awesome set! Love that it has a coordinating die available too!
My paradise is a trip to Disneyland! I just love the sights and sounds… I would be happy just to wander and look all day. It brings back lots of good memories of going there when I was a kid. Love the parades and the fireworks, and some of the rides.

By they way….I find my paradise at my craft table (usually). If not there, then outside, when the weather is nice, playing with my doggies 😉

Awesome pineapple die and stamp group. All the cards make me smile and wish I was back on Maui or Kauai. I lived in Hawaii during college and loved it. Can’t always go back every year but a east coast spot my family loves is Hilton Head – quiet (when you want), fishing boating surfing diving but no native pineapple.
The card by Isha really makes me want to play with the die now. Great job everyone

Paradise is hanging out on a Carribean beach looking out on the horizon as the sun sets and small waves crash gently along the shoreline.
    These cards are so great.

    the pineapple is very pretty.
Love the script for the sentiment.
Great replacement for my terrible handwriting.
    thanks

I find my paradise in my house. I have my craft room, my lounge chair for when I want to read instead of crafting. I have a pool for summer fun and relaxation. Pretty much have everything I’d want right
    here at home.

My paradise is..wherever my family is, if they were in my craft room, that would be the ultimate, but there’s no way I can convince boys to hang out in there! This pineapple is awesome and I love the sentiment font!!

This is a really cute set! The cards are all so adorable! I find my paradise in a nearby park – although not far from town, it’s secluded and full of nature. I love to go walking there and de-stress.

The pineapples are great. I remember cross stitching pineapples years ago because they were the symbol for happy homes & welcoming friends! They will be perfect for lots of cards. My paradise is the garden – and working in it. I love digging in the dirt, dividing plants, and planting new ones. Perennials are my paradise.

This set made my mouth water – I love pineapple! My paradise, in the summer, would have to be in my yard. I have many flower beds and love to dig around in the dirt. Some days, I sit on the patio, at my table and imagine what flowers would be best in a certain area and then I’m off and digging!

Love this style of this stamp and that it has a matching die is brilliant! My paradise would be to visit craft stores in America. To be able to walk into a store and see well known brands on the shelves (instead of having to by online from overseas) would be my idea of paradise. That and Hawaii!!
